What you get

We move you over

in development

We move your data from bsport, Eversports or SportsNow for you, over a weekend, with a dry run first.

2 months free

Counted from the day your studio goes live on Heyday, not from your request.

Then 30% below the list price

Your founding price is 30% below your plan's list price for as long as your subscription runs without a break. On the Studio plan: CHF 90 instead of CHF 129 a month per location planned

The terms

  • For the first 20 studios that sign up.
  • The two free months count from your studio's start on Heyday.
  • The founding price applies to the subscription, not to the fees for online payments.
  • It's yours for life as long as your subscription runs without a break. If you cancel and come back later, the list price applies.
  • It isn't transferable: if someone else takes over your studio, the list price applies.

Who it's for

For independent Pilates studios, reformer or mat, in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

How it works

  1. Request

Tell us briefly who you are and which software you use today.

  2. Call

We talk on the phone and look together at how your studio runs today and what you need.

  3. The move, over a weekend

    in development

We move your data over a weekend, after a dry run.

  4. Live

Your studio goes live as soon as Heyday opens in your country. The two free months start then.

Questions

What's ready today?
The free website check is live. Booking, passes, payments and the studio page are in development; on the call we'll show you how far along they are.
When does Heyday open in my country?
Switzerland comes first. In Germany and Austria we open as soon as the first studio there signs up. We'll name a date only once it's certain.
What does Heyday cost after the two months?
30% less than your plan's list price. We'll publish the list prices before we open. We're planning CHF 129 a month per location on the Studio plan, so CHF 90 for you. planned
Does the founding price cover payment fees?
No, only the subscription. Fees for online payments aren't included.
What does “without a break” mean?
As long as you don't cancel your subscription. If you come back after canceling, the list price applies.
What happens if I sell my studio?
The founding price can't be transferred. The new owner pays the list price.
Is the request binding?
No. You decide after the call whether you're in.
